Hi, I’m Lara! I’m a psychologist, life coach, and cat mom living in Zurich. Music is my great passion; I basically grew up in it.
Under the artist name Miz Jackdaw, I released my own EP, and I also sing in a Celtic folk band. I’m fluent in German, English, French, and Spanish.
My dream is to help people find their own unique creative voice. In my experience, this can spark deep personal growth.
My motto: Anyone can be creative!

- Work in clinical crisis intervention (KIZ IPW in Winterthur), with a focus on depression, anxiety disorders, and schizotypal disorders
- School psychologist in Dietikon (diagnostics, counseling, triage)

- Body dysmorphic disorder, borderline personality disorder, and attachment issues
